I started
this new Manila theme a few months ago. It uses
PNG files extensively so you can change the Background image and the drop shadows will over lay the new image perfectly. The problem is that Windows Internet Explorer is incapable of displaying the alpha channels that let the images gracefully overlay the BG. The Question is do I stick my middle finger up at all the IE users out there who will see the site
like this, and just release the theme as is, or do I attempt to use one of the
seemingly odd work arounds so IE users can see variable Opacity PNGs? Does anyone want a theme that looks like Apple's Aqua Interface?
I'm listed as Number 42 in the "Top 100 Technorati". Which ranks blogs by number of of time they are linked to. Most of my links come from that little "Theme designed by Bryan Bell" tag I started putting at the bottom of my Radio themes, but it's still kinda cool. 42 is in a real nice neighboorhood. I'm sandwiched between
Tomalak's Relm(41), and the
Daypop Top 40(43).
