This week I got the opportunity to revisit the
Kern County Superintendent of Schools home-page.
As a part of a general effort to unify all KCSOS web pages (

2,
3,
4)
it was time to install the new look onto the home-page. Its been a goal
of mine to replace the home-page template almost since I installed its
predecessor two years ago. That design was completely convoluted
because I had to keep Netscape 4.x users in mind. A nightmare I hope to
never repeat. The new layout is outwardly the same, but much cleaner in
terms of design, and source code.
